Bihar: Nitish rakes up issue of Lalu’s 'bahu'

Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday raked up the issue of alleged misbehavior done with Aishwarya Rai, the estranged wife of the RJD president Lalu Prasad’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav, at an election meeting and said, “Those who misbehaved with her would see in the future how dangerous would be the consequence of ill-treating a woman.”

'Air pollution killed 1.6m in India last year'

Long-term exposure to outdoor and household air pollution contributed to over 6.7 million annual deaths globally, including 1.67 million in India, from stroke, heart attack, diabetes, lung cancer, chronic lung diseases, and neonatal diseases in 2019, says the annual 'State of Global Air 2020' report, released on Wednesday.
