'Modicare' to cost govt Rs 1,100-1,200 per family every year

Finance minister Arun Jaitley announced ‘the world’s largest government-funded healthcare programme’ in the Union Budget on Thursday, under which medical cover of up to Rs 5 lakh will be provided to over 10 crore families.
