Watch total solar eclipse over South America in 1 minute

A total solar eclipse occurred over southern parts of Chile and Argentina, and parts of the South Pacific. Observers watched the moon completely cover the sun for nearly two and a half minutes. The last time a solar eclipse occurred was 2017. The next will happen in 2020.
